On this day in 1943, Nazis hung 17 year old Yugoslav Lepa Radić. When they asked her the names of her companions, she replied: "I will be killed, but there are those who will avenge me...I am not a traitor of my people. Those whom you are asking about will reveal themselves wiping out all you.."
