I'm not sure that you grasp the difference between 'male/female' and 'boy/girl'. Besides that, it seems that you make no attempt at looking like a boy. I'm not a trans man, but don't they wear binders? and masculine clothing? and don't wear makeup? I'm not trying to be mean, but what you're saying and how you style yourself don't match up at all.

i dont need to look like a guy to be a guy. I wore a binder for years and actually passed pretty well as a guy but i was bored, i love fashion and make up and I’m having fun experimenting with how i look. I know the difference between the masculine and the feminine but right now i’m having fun with the more feminine side of things, which a lot of cis guys do too! (Especially in the 70s-90s)

Sorry idk if you're looking for tips but these helped me when I had the same skin and hair issues. Try hibiclens surgical scrub once a week for body acne and body odor, drying so moisturize afterward, or anti-dandruff shampoo like head and shoulders zinc pyrithione or prescription ketoconazole a few times a week on your face/body if you suspect fungal acne, or benzoyl peroxide 4% for acne. Salux cloth or Korean Italy towel (viscose) for body exfoliation once or few times a week (helps with dryness, hyperpigmentation, and "feeling clean" since you get rid of way more dead skin). Overnight cream mask for dry skin. Keep hair in protective styles when sleeping for less frizz or sleep on smooth fabrics.
