Balance of Power

I know this topic has been talked about a lot of times and people are getting tired of this, but please at least remove the rep grind from the q line if you don't want to make it account wide. I don't mind running the raids, I do them anyway because of transmog, I wouldnt mind do the q too, but the rep grind makes me not want to touch it.
