The sad fact that every champion will always be released with any sort of movement enhance or a champion reset mechanic

Even Mel gets released with a movement enhance on her W, one that I find completely unnecessary.
We could have had something nice...
It has been over 10 years since there has been a champion release:

• That does not have either a movement enhance in their kit (movement speed buff, dash, leap, blink, etc..)
• Or a champion reset ability (Be it either by kill or other conditions to be met ex. Renata's W or Seraphine's ult.)

So Vel'koz is still the last champion that does not have any movement enhances nor champion resets in its kit, which I find a very sad given.

Speaking about Vel'Koz
Did you know his kit does about 1.5x more damage in total than Mel's? That is excluding true damage on his ultimate of course.
