Should I make hoto?

I play sp offline probably 10 hours a week. Xbox one x. Between kids and life I can't play a lot. I found a vex and wondered if I should make a hoto. It's the highest rune I have. I use spirit sword for my characters. I mainly play casters. My gear between my characters are; spirit sword, stealth armor ( tals for sorc, and v magi), lore helm, and other lower to mid items. Is hoto worth it over spirit? My end goal is enigma but I know that is way in the future.
