Sueing Purely for being Predatory

Has anyone contemplated sueing Yotta purely for unethical practices? I have both won some money, and lost some money, with Yotta. This is wildly different from what many of you are facing. Many of you are facing the fact that Yotta has outright stolen your money and is going to go on some drawn out wild goose chase to avoid all responsibility. That is my honest to God opinion.

However. There are genuine organizations, governmental agencies, who’s purpose it is to regulate all online gambling. Yotta from the absolute very beginning has done everything in their power to take advantage of practically every loophole known to man in order to take advantages of just about anyone with a debit or credit card. While I am of age, there is absolutely zero age verification measures put in place. There is also absolutely zero measures put in place to verify location of user, identity of user, amongst other things. It has come to my attention that the state I was in, both as resident and time of purchase, aren’t even suppose to allow Yotta.

Has anyone decided to go after them for this?

I’m a paralegal in study but do not know enough to confidently do anymore.

However, what I do know, is that believe it or not, if we could form a class action lawsuit against this specificly, it would be infinitely easier (and quicker) to see results. This is because Yotta has successfully jumped through the right hoops to avoid responsibility (thus far) of end users funds, but not enough hoops to escape the grasps of organization put in place to prevent what is essentially fraud.
