Please tell me what I’m doing wrong.

I’ve decided to try out PvP this season, and it turns out I’m in love with it. I’ve hit 1800 with every class on Solo Shuffle, and am about to hit 2400 on Solo Shuffle with my main. I decided to try out some battlegrounds blitz because I really want to get the titles associated with the ranks, and I just hit this wall. I am at a 11 game loss streak at this point because my team is filled with players sub 2000 whereas the enemy team is consistently 1900-2200 and I lose. Even worse: I play MM hunter. So my job, every game, is to sit at a flag and watch 1100s do 1/10 my damage and lose the game. I change the outcomes of team fights when I get involved and win flags when I go to fight, but then I get flamed by teammates for being a “bad hunter” and that I should reroll. These games end in losses and I lose 10-14 rank each time because my team rating is higher. How do I fix this? What do I do? I’m so frustrated at this point and just feel like giving up. My record this season in BB was 2341 and I’m at 2267 at this point (yes I lost the match where I screenshot these values). Please help. Any advice or PvP stories are appreciated.
