People dying from poisoned fast food movie

Hi, I only remember one scene from a while back. It was a family in a sort of observation room being observed from above through glass. I believe the surrounding area above was white with two men talking to each other. At one point I believe one of the men says, "and as you can see grandma is no longer with us." With the camera panning to show the family of 4 with the grandma dead on the chair with the rest of the family not acknowledging it and continuing to eat while staring at a tv.
