WestJet lounge vouchers may NOT work at international airport lounges
Despite the WestJet website stating that WJ lounge vouchers can be used "at available airport lounges as listed at westjet.com/lounges", and the Narita (NRT) Japan airport lounge is indeed listed as a WestJet partner lounge on the WJ website, I went to the NRT lounge and the front desk agent of the United Airlines United Club (Terminal 1) was quick to pull out an English laminated page saying "no WestJet lounge vouchers can be used for admission here". No entry permitted.
Very disappointing as WestJet's customer service continues to decline along with inaccurate and misleading information on their website regarding their lounge vouchers.
