What Happened to Business Account Managers?

So I have a business account because the dude that set up my shit wanted to scam me when I wanted Ultimate Unlimited.

Long story short, I have Business Pro now or whatever tf it’s called and I called corporate/executive relations 4 months ago, they gave me an account manager to call to help me with my account.

My account manager was good then stopped responding to my texts and calls. I’m assuming she quit or something because the number is no longer active.

I try to call back executive relations now but instead of allowing me to type in the extension it’s sending me to another Indian call center.

I was suppose to get a $400 credit as stated by my account manager who is now gone.

Did Verizon change something?
