Rehearsal dinner for ~30 people recommendations

Hey everyone! I’m getting married this October and am currently looking for restaurants or caterers for my rehearsal dinner. Like the title says, we have about 30 people and are looking for the best options.

We’re staying in an Airbnb off strip with the party so we’re not worried about location as we’ll all have to travel anyway. We want Italian that does family style dining or something with a lot of carbs.

For a party this size, would getting someone to cater be best or does anyone know of restaurants that can handle what we’re looking for?

My fiancé is lactose intolerant and another guest is vegetarian so we need to accommodate them but that shouldn’t be too hard.
