Easiest Bcomm Electives

This is for all of the Bcomm students out there (for the most part). What is the best/easiest elective to choose out of: REAL*1820 (Introduction to Real Estate), PSYC*1000 (Introduction to Psychology), HTM*1700 (Foodservice Management), and HTM*1070 (Responsible Tourism Policy and Planning)?
