Bella's vampire form

So im rewatching breaking dawn and noticed something. I could be wrong but it i remember correctly, vampires dont have hearts/heart beats. So in that case, why does bella have a heartbeat when shes turning to her vampire form at the end of breaking dawn part 1? am i missing something or is this just a plot hole?
