Not Getting the Respond Promised

So, I was going to get the Respond from tutanota team for my Refund, and they said the Respond to that would be sent in Monday, but I'm not currently have no respond in my mailbox, despite it's being Tuesday already. Was the Adress I sent my Mail to incorrect? I definitely sent it to [email protected].
