Is tofufu for the people?

Hearing her talk about certain topics makes me question if she truly believes she’s the voice for the people. Take last nights live where she was talking about tipping waiters. I kinda get what she’s getting at but then she’s keeps going on and loses the point. Like I get tipping helps but if people don’t like the service they have a right to not tip. In California we are blessed even to have a minimum wage of $15/16 but I know in other states it can be as low as $7 so I get where tipping is a huge help but just bc I went out to eat ( because nowadays it’s the cheaper option) I shouldn’t be forced to pay $40 and give and a $32 tip
