Bad reaction?

Looking for some guidance. I started trizapetide in November and was doing well with side effects. I would only experience nausea the first two to three days then it would be better. Right before I moved up in dosage I was not experiencing that at all. I started 5mg three weeks ago, the first week I had what I thought was the stomach flu and ended up on the toilet all weekend. The second week just had nausea and fatigue I just took my third shot and the injection site is the same as the first week and I am experiencing the same symptoms and now throwing up. My questions are, could it just be that these are the symptoms from that particular injection site and it’s “normal”? Do I need to go back down to 2.5?
