[TOMT] Talking ‘bout tonight tonight?!?

I was in an MRI today listening to an 80’s rock type station and heard a song I’ve never heard before. Chorus was something like “tonight, tonight, talking ‘bout tonight tonight” or “later tonight, talking ‘bout later tonight”. Male singer. Was hard to hear specifics over the MRI, but gist of lyrics seemed like guy meets girl, girl is crazy, guy is alone again. Help?!?

It’s not smashing pumpkins, Phil Collins or any other typical well known thing that I’m aware of.
