Actual alternatives to Medellin in LatAm that aren't as dangerous

I love living in Medellin for these specific reasons:

• USA timezone for remote work
• Year round pleasant weather
• Beautiful and green city
• Beautiful women
• Friendly people
• Cheaper CoL
• Constant weekly events to meet new people
• Attracts big electronic concerts

Here's what's missing for me from other cities I've been to in LatAm:

CDMX: Awful air, ugly city, insane traffic

Buenos Aires: Weather can be unpleasant, city is ugly to me as I don't like European vibes, unfriendly people, as dangerous as Medellin

Rio: As close as it gets, but even more dangerous as Medellin. Also I already speak Spanish and have no interest in learning Portuguese.
