I hate cheaters so much

I come back from work and play tf2 to relax but for the past few days I have been hating it. Every single game there is a cheater I'm not talking about bots I'm talking about a person who is so insecure they install autism or crit hacks. And their team won't kick them because there not mic spamming and spinning so how could they be a cheater. I am starting to hate this game it has the most cheaters of any shooter I've played would it kill valve to put in a better anti cheat system or remove the 2 min timer on votekick.
