Ok, what did I do wrong???

She was talking about making cookies tomorrow and thinking that she had everything she needed. We have had many conversations about how I forget things when I go to the store and having to make multiple trip. I THOUGHT I was giving her a compliment, that she was better at being organized than I am. What did I say wrong???
