Job Advice: Team Member

Hello everybody, I hope your doing well. I just wanted advice on a team member position at Tesco.

I am currently 17 and studying A-Levels at college. I have work experience at British Heart Foundation as a Sales Assistant Volunteer, a Waiter, and an Assistant Estate Agent.

This is going to sound so weird but my dream student job (for now) is to work at my local Tesco. I turn 18 in January and that's when I plan to apply as my local Tesco frequently posts job offers for a Team Member.

I just wanted to ask seeing as I have time from now till January, what advice would you give me and where else would it be good to do work experience so that I have a higher chance at getting the job.

I know I have to tailor my CV to the job also, and plan on doing that when the time comes.
