Best Way to Stream?

I’m sure this has been discussed somewhere, but I want to get into streaming (on console), I want to know what a good computer to use?

Additional context, I just wanna use the computer to stream the actual gameplay (or edit video of prerecorded play), I have a Mac but been hesitant to use it

Also, I have no interest in building anything lol
