guys what is the best uni for commerce students in sri lanka

hey guys so i'm in kind of a difficult situation in choosing my university that i'll be going to in a few months. so for context i'm about to finish my edexcel a levels in June and i do commerce stream and i have bit of bad results from my A/S (C, C, D) as i didn't work as hard and was just being lazy. However, i went to an Edu expo in Sri Lanka recently and i talked with some universities such as RIC and SLIIT and NSBM green university. So anyways i want to know if whether RIC or SLIIT is better for a business management degree and what will be more recognized internationally for me allowing me to find a job right after my uni education. Also i don't need to go abroad as of now like during uni period but if a transfer program is offered like SLIIT i would go. Moreover, i'm not sure about the budget unless it exceeds like 5 or 6 million rupees which will be difficult for me to afford. so yeah any recommendations?
