The new squid game: challenge show is so obviously staged
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they got 456 random people to make their show happen, what I'm saying is that 20 or so of them were so obviously actors being paid to fake their personalities into something that would actually intice its audience. Couple of reasons why i think the show is staged/rigged:
The fact that they shed the spotlight to only a couple of the contestants, and surprisingly the majority of whom they did give the spotlight to actually made it through the levels (dont even try explaining how it couldve been a coincidence)
That all the characters are so stereotypical to everyday rigged gameshows we see on tv. for example, the son and mom duo that's so "cute" and "innocent" that everyone watching wants them to win, and the stereotypical narcissistic jockie who acts like a total prick and does push-ups with his new gang (like, who tf even decides to do push-ups randomly with a group he just met lmao), and the crybaby mamas boy whoever it was in the cookie section who was doing wayyyyy to much to show the audience how much of overgrown child he was, like crying and fake puking (10/10 performance, deserves an oscar). This guy specifically gave it away, like me personally, I wouldn't go calling myself a sissy baby mamas boy in an interveiw being aired on tv (dont believe me? Thats what he actually said in the show)
Don't get me wrong I'm not calling any them names for who they are irl, I'm just saying the stereotypical characters they're playing isn't fooling anyone.
