Is Advanced Trueplay the issue? Really underwhelmed

Spent all the money getting THE ARC ULTRA plus 2 era 300san 2 sub 4s and boasting to my friends. Did advanced trueplay and it was so underwhelming. Trying to adjust the settings and i was like, why is my Samsung q990c sounding so better. Even told my room mate to sit and listen and said the exact same thing. Started contemplating returning cos i was whooop, was it my ears or something. So imma try to remove the trueplay and hear the difference. Really love the sonos so hoping without trueplay it works.

Need ideas.
