How to get best audio on Sonos Arc + Eras?

Recently bought Sonos Arc + 2 Sonos 300s, and I'm trying to figure out how to get the highest quality audio on TV and Music.

For Music - I've been trying Apple Music because it has lossless, but I can't figure out how to send lossless music to Sonos. Also have Spotify, which obviously doesn't have lossless, but has ability to play to Sonos from Spotify app.

For TV: I'm streaming from Netflix, Max, Prime with eArc. Here its Dolby Digital Atmos right? To get higher quality, would I need a Bluray?
