Potential new friend says she’s too busy to hang out

So I matched with this girl on bumble bff about a month ago. She seemed nice and I asked her when she would be available to meet up. She told me she would be very busy this month but next month she would be more free. I was patient and understanding so I scheduled the first Sunday of the next month for a brunch meet up. Throughout the month we texted a bit back and forth and also texted each other places we would like to go. Finally, the day before we were supposed to meet up, I sent her a text confirming the place and time I picked out and told her to let me know if that was okay with her. Throughout the day, I heard nothing from her and finally the next day, I waited for her text message until the afternoon and still got nothing from her. Finally, I texted her that it seemed that she wasn’t interested anymore from my own judgment and I wished her well. Well, 30 minutes later she sent back a paragraph saying this seemed like a miscommunication and the reason she couldn’t respond to my text was because she was busy and apparently was also busy the same day we had the confirmed plans. This didn’t seem like a miscommunication and seemed more like she didn’t want to communicate where she was at. What do you think?
