Help with Engine Fixes mod

I'm getting an error message REL/Relocation .h (718) message which is basically telling me that I'm missing the file located at Data/SKSE/Plugins/versionlib-1-6-1170-0.bin. I removed Engine Fixes part 1 and re-downloaded but the file still didn't show up. I was just playing Skyrim this weekend and all was fine. Anyone know how to fix this error? TIA
