Poles with unidirectional grips?

My current poles are so old that they're too short, but I love them, they're rossis that have bicycle grips on them from the factory, the main benefit being no straps period, and that you can grip them from any direction (aka no stupid finger grooves)

Does anyone have reccomendations for a similar modern pole? I don't want back country poles with the tiny little grips, I have a set of line poles I hate because they're too skinny grip
