Took too much

I'm on 50mg XR and 50mg IR at night for Bipolar 2 and BPD. Yesterday I drank too much alcohol and accidentally took six 25mg IR pills at night. I slept for 16 hrs, just woke up and feel so spaced out and empty. Do I get withdrawals now when I take my normal dose at night of the IR pills or will nothing much happen?
