Should I Return to Runescape?

I started playing Runescape in 2001. In those days it was a great getaway when i needed a break from college classes and such. I played it as a paying member, for about 12 or maybe 13 years.

I'm curious to get back into it (I have unlimited gaming time.)

I'm wondering if you think i would enjoy the experience more with a fresh start on a new account, or should i continue with my old account? (About half the skills were at 99, and in those days, i had completed lets say, about 90% of the quests)

What would you do?
