Hey everyone,
I've been struggling recently, and due to alot of stress, I have resorted to smoking a lot more than usual. I decided today that enough was enough, all I need is some guidance on how to quit. I've been smoking since I was probably 15-16 with a few attempts to quit here and there, now it's 2025, and I'm about to be 28 soon. I want to break the "habit" and work towards better things in my life!
Any tips?
Note: I have went to my doctor and tried the patches/nicotine quitting pills, the gum & the thing that looks like mints. But all of them make me severely nauseous.
