Why do i really dislike or even kinda fear puppets made of socks?

Well u see i have never like puppets made of socks since i was kid. I dont remember having a bad experience with those kinda puppets, but everytime i see one, is like fear and i dont want to be near them or see them. Is like it bring an unnpleasant memory or feel like they are gonna hunt me. Is an irrational fear but idk why i have it.
