College Freshman that Doesn’t Know What To Do With Memoir

hi all, i just finished the very rough draft of my memoir and look forward to editing it multiple times to get it just how i want it. i am just a little confused in the steps i have to take to hopefully and eventually get this book published for profit. when should i hire an editor? what publishers should i reach out to and what are some tips and tricks to get them to read your manuscript?
