I can’t throw a freaking excellent curveball. Suggestions?

I have been stuck for literally months on this. I have gotten “good,” “nice,” but I can’t get excellent. I’m a semi casual player without anyone around me who really plays. I’ve watched YT videos, I’ve practiced, but I can’t do it! Please help before I lose my mind.
