has anyone else had any three-star pokémon that just dropped down to one or two star pokémon?

I was trying to check something with some three star shinies and noticed some were missing. I had a few fully evolved shinies I got from community events that were three stars that are now only showing one or even zero stars. Has anyone else noticed that the stats of their pokémon seemed to have dropped?
