Sony/PlayStation being completely silent is very loud.

No heads up, no reason why. It's very disrespectful to people who pay for the service to just keep them in the dark as to why the servers are down. Then I'm hearing people say they contact support and get told a 24-48hr possible downtime then disconnect the chat.

-Are you hacked?

-Did something break?

-Is our information compromised?

This clearly isn't routine maintenance....
