is my navel piercing rejecting?

first picture was taken in july after it was pierced. second picture is today in january, so the piercing is 6 months old. jewelry is titanium curved barbell. jewelry has not been downsized. for aftercare i spray sterile saline onto a q tip and clean it twice a day
