Iron man not to prove anything

Hey all, I just started playing osrs again and decided to go Ironman. Not to prove that I can but I just don't find it fulfilling to simply buy stuff of the GE to get quests done. Keeps me working towards a goal more. Are there more like minded players like me?

Also tips for a fresh noob Ironman are welcome
