Long Beach Island Bachelorette

Hello, people of r/newjersey. I feel your wisdom! I am the person of honor and am assisting my friend with planning their bachelorette. We are torn between going in mid september vs October. I’m not super familiar with LBI, but wanted to see if there was any difference in those two months or if there would be things to do in both months.

I know obviously that by October a lot of the more beach centered activities will obviously be non-existent. But, wasn’t sure if there were any town fairs etc.
