I found a little more information about the show. Someone on Deviantart named ethanishere found and posted what appears to be concept art of the main quartet. https://www.deviantart.com/ethanishere/art/Pilar-s-Adventures-868921736 According to him, it was apparently from the company Animation Collective's website in 2005. Also I found someone on LinkedIn named Stephen Moverley, who according to his bio, worked on the first 10 episodes of the first season as a director. https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephenmoverley/
