Here are more of my ‘outrageous’ headcanons (Because I refuse to be silenced. In fact, I will only be getting LOUDER. And my flag will only fly HIGHER!)

Context: This headcanon is from the perspective of Zira before having accepted the queer sides to herself (Allegedly, just my opinion). Just clearing this up so as to avoid confusion for any clashing/overlap with my last post. This is also from the perspective of a pre-death Nuka.

Nuka is definitely gay (and I mean fully gay 💅) but masks or hides his sexuality from his homophobic mother Zira. This however is internalised since we all know she’s attracted to girls (Allegedly), and I’d actually go as far to argue she would transition as a FTM lion and take over the pride, dethroning Scar and becoming the first FTM king of the outlands(Allegedly). I hope Nuka can one day find the courage and feel safe enough to bring a boyfriend home (Allegedly). I also have some thoughts on Nuka’s evident neurodivergency and how this amplifies his sexual preferences (Allegedly). He is constantly ridiculed by everyone around him (including but not exclusively his own family). This leads to him seeking approval from his mother and putting himself in dangerous, compromising situations (with dodgy men)(Allegedly).

Disney even went as far as to add a butch haircut on Vitani - gets it from her Mother(Allegedly) which under no circumstances grows naturally on lionesses. This is a male-only characteristic which she has bypassed in order to convey her sexuality(Allegedly). In the animal kingdom this would be classed as Mimicry Symbiosis in which a species adopts characteristics of another species to alter it’s relationship dynamic (e.g. Vitani adopting male hair patterns as a female to attract lioness mates)(Allegedly).
