Want to buy Lian Li fans

So I already ordered the AIO from Lian Li. But I'm new to this so I'm not sure if the fans that come with the AIO or intake, exhaust, or interchangeable without swapping the fans. I do know I'll have 6 intake (bottom and side of mobo) and 2 back exhaust. Have the o11 vision case.

Do I need to buy reverse blades for the AIO to make it intake or no?

Also for the wireless blades, I can order individually but no controller. But triple comes with a controller. What exactly do I need to order to have a setup of 6 intake and 2 exhaust?

Sorry I'm such a noob with this stuff, but don't want to waste any money ordering wrong parts.
