Feeder insects and Canada laws
recently got my gecko on Tuesday. The breeder I got her from (maritime geckos) said that She’s been eating mealworms her whole life (she’s about 3 years old) and when I looked at the feeder chart on this reddit.. I’m pretty sure that’s not the healthiest. but unfortunately from what I can tell, roachs, locusts, are banned and probably a few others. The only feeder insects that my local pet stores carry are mealworms, superworms and horn worms and occasionally crickets. i want to give her a good diet and healthy one but I don’t really know how to get about it with so many things illegal or hard to get. Thanks in advance
