Sexually harassed on second day of work

So I (23F) recently landed a job serving at a nice, family owned steakhouse in NC. The staff is made up of a tightly knit group of friends. Last night (my second shift) I wound up alone in the walk in with one of the chefs. He decided to tell me how my "beautiful" breasts have been "distracting" and that he just can't stop staring, loves when I walk by so he can get a good look etc. I laughed it off out of discomfort/intimidation (it didn't help that the guy is 6'5"). This morning I called the owner and explained. He seemed to take me seriously, but didn't ask what the chef specifically said, and mentioned that it was "out of character" for him. I told him I'm uncomfortable working with chef moving forward and would appreciate discretion on the matter. Owner said he needs to "look at the schedule" and will get back in touch shortly. While I waited for the call back, a hostess friend texted me saying owner and two managers are discussing the matter in front of her and other employees. They overheard a manager say "What could (chefs name) have possibly said that was so bad?". So much for discretion. Hostess also told me they were getting ready to sit down with chef and get his side of the story. She warned that he has major seniority and will likely lie to save his ass. Now 9 hours later I haven't received a call back. I called owner to touch base and left a voice mail, still nothing. They're all the best of friends and now the new girl is accusing the chef of sexual harassment. It's not looking good. What are my legal options here if this isn't handled appropriately? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
