MCIT from Ivy League or MCS from No-name university?

Right now I'm looking at master's programs in computer science when my degree is in an unrelated field. However, I am self-taught in a few programming languages.

The MCIT degree from UPenn stood out to me because it seems to basically be a CS degree for people without the background in CS. However, I'm worried that employers will be looking for the exact phrase "computer science" in the degree. In that case, there are a couple of programs from no-name universities I've found that only require a few extra prerequisites for non-CS students, and cost under $20k - about a $10k difference in tuition.

How picky are companies about the exact degree title when hiring?
