What is the best champion to climb ranked with really bad wifi/ping?

When I'm playing on my laptop sometimes I have 100-110 ping from the wifi (no ethernet available). I was thinking Garen, Yuumi, Malphite, Annie your traditional "no skill" required champions but climbing on Yuumi seems really grueling, and missing Malphite R or Tibbers because of lag seems super embarrassing. Garen probably the best answer given his state in the meta but I would like your thoughts and inputs to see other ideas.
