What Law Organizations Most Often and Successfully Sue the Federal Government?

For those of us interested in donating to organizations that are effective in litigating on behalf of Americans for purposes of retaining our rights and ensuring the government follows the rule of law, what are some good suggestions? ACLU and SPLC come to mind, but that's only because I know of them/ have donated before. Where is the $$ best spent?

How about enforcing the law?
