Healing process after Relex Smile

I had Smile done 2 Days ago. I don't expected my vision to be crispy clear right afterwards, but I'm getting a little concerned.
Is it normal for Smile that I still have pretty shitty vision 2 days after?
The fogginess cleared up by a great deal, but everything is still really blurry, feels like -1 Diopter at least, but at every distance.
When im trying to read text or scrolling through reddit I feel like an old man, I have to focus every post for a bit before I'm able to see what's going on.
Could anyone who had Relex Smile done shed some light on the timeline of the healing process?
