Should I take a job offer that is a 40-minute commute and pays $20

So I currently work at a fine dining restaurant and its fine but I recently graduated with an undergraduate and have been interested in starting my career. I started applying for this role a couple of weeks ago and recently got a job offer, but I am very conflicted about taking the role.

Pros:

- the skills would look good on my resume

-training is paid and given

-I am getting paid more than I am now

-I start having a "reputation" in the career field

Cons:

- I am not 100% excited about the job. I know there will be ups and downs

- It's not my "dream job"

- About a 40-minute commute

- could be emotionally draining throughout the week
